Yesterday, Thursday 14/3/13, I visited your Geelong store in MyersStreet. I needed some advice regarding continence products for my Dad.
I was warmly greeted by Shae Jones who immediatly made me feel comfortable about being in unfamiliar surroundings.
She stepped me through a maze of products explaining their benefits.
We decided on 2 possible products and then I was amazed that she offered me a free sample of these 2 items.
With costings provided and samples under my arm I left the store.
I want you to know that this young lady is an asset to your company.
I have been a buisness owner in Geelong for 20 years and I know when
someone is just working and biding time in their job as opposed to
someone who has the understanding and empathy with a clients need.
Shae was an outstanding example of the latter.
People are too quick to write or ring and complain but few bother with
compliments. I know the value of feedback and that is my reason for
corresponding.
Strike a medal for excellent customer service and present it to Shae,
she deserves it.
I look forward to my next visit to your store because I know I will be
welcomed and pampered.
